A monthly evening to relax, reset, and reconnect.

We’re excited to introduce Wellness Evenings at âme vitality — a new monthly gathering created to support our guests beyond their hair journey.

Beginning this July, we’ll gather on the 3rd Monday of each month at 6:00 PM for restorative wellness experiences led by trusted practitioners in our community.

Each quarter, we’ll rotate through calming, supportive practices such as:

  • Gentle meditation

  • Breathwork

  • Sound baths

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Restorative mindfulness practices

These evenings are designed to help you slow down, release stress, and create space for deeper well-being.

In today’s fast-paced world, many of us live in a constant state of stress, overwhelm, or mental fatigue. This introductory workshop is designed to help beginners discover simple yet powerful meditation techniques to calm the mind, relax the body, and restore balance to the nervous system.

Guided by meditation teacher and healer Siri Simran Khalsa, participants will learn practical tools for reducing stress, increasing resilience, and cultivating a greater sense of inner stability and well-being.

No prior meditation experience is needed. This evening is open to beginners and anyone looking for a gentle reset.

About Siri Simran Khalsa

Siri Simran Khalsa is a meditation teacher, intuitive healer, and guide in the subtle sciences of consciousness, healing, and human transformation. Rooted in the traditions of Sat Nam Rasayan® and Kundalini Yoga, her work bridges ancient wisdom with modern life, offering practical tools for deep healing, clarity, and inner awakening.

For over two decades, she has devoted herself to the study and embodiment of meditative healing arts. Her teaching is known for its grounded depth, intuitive precision, and ability to guide others into profound states of awareness and self-healing.

She currently leads trainings, workshops, retreats, and private healing sessions for students around the world.
